I'm standing here, count the line of Maple trees...
Sit down under shady leafes, green, yellow, red and brown
Sunshine goes through those trees, sparkle with joy of illumination
Here...I wondering "How it could be so good?"
while the time went by, it comes onto as it supposed to be
My eyes looking onto Maple Tree, it lived much more than I thought
Stand with all things it has...
Storm and Eartquake didn't make it left behind
it root plants on the ground of wisdom, where the knowledge never ends
While the time has come it just stay in the ground
and "Everything would be done as fast as it have to be, Life is Struggle
and We have to wait anything good in life patiently "
Hari ini...Saya belajar dengan benar apa itu yang dimaksud dengan "Penyesalan".
Terkadang saya selama ini tidak pernah memikirkan orang lain dalam setiap keputusan yang saya ambil.
Namun, hal ini berubah ketika saya melakukan sebuah kesalahan yang melibatkan...merugikan orang lain lebih tepatnya, Hal ini membuat saya merasa sangat buruk, baik terhadap diri sendiri dan pihak-pihak yang bersangkutan. Ada pepatah mengatakan "Penyesalan memang datang pada saat-saat terkahir", terlebih sebuah kesalah yang sudah saya lakukan berkaitan dengan masa depan seseorang.
Sebuah kesalahan memang menyakitkan, hal itu menyakiti dua belah pihak yang ada di dalamnya...
Memang terdengar sedikit aneh atau ganjil, bahwa sebuah penyesalan bisa diobati dengan "Waktu & Hati yang Tulus Menerima". dengan berjalannya waktu seseorang "Pasti" bisa berubah dari kondisi dimana dia telah melakukan sebuah kesalahan, namun hal itu tergantung dari pribadi tersebut, perubahan positf atau perubahan negatif, sebuah perubahan yang signifikan berawal dari hati yang memiliki sebuah niat untuk melakukan sesuatu dan perbuatan adalah sebuah gambaran yang hidup dari niat perubahan dalam hati.
Hati yang tulus menerima adalah sebuah faktor terutama dan tersulit untuk melaksanakan sebuah kebangkitan dari suatu keterpurukan yang bernama penyesalan. faktor ini lebih dibutuhkan oleh pihak yang tersaikiti oleh sebuah penyesalan, dimana pihak tersebut membutuhkan suatu kasih yang besar untuk menerima sebuah penyesalan dan pihak yang melakukan kesalahan juga tidak luput dari rasa ini, sebuah hati yang mau menerima diri untuk mengatakan sebuah kata "Maaf"
"Hidup dengan sebuah penyesalan adalah awal yang baik untuk melakukan semua lebih baik dari yang pernah dilakukan sebelumnya "

There are 3 Methods of Breathe in singing Teqnichues:
·Chest Breathing, not recommended because it cause sore throat
·Abdominal Breathing, not recommended because it cause exhausted
·Diaphragm Breathing, highly recommended

Simple way to know your diaphragm work while you breathe in, push gently your lowest rib with your thumb, breathe in and if your thumb moves, you’re on Diaphragm Breathe Practice.
I've got a life experience yesterday, it was an ability to forgive someone who has hurt me.
sometime it was so hard when I remember about what they have done on me, something they've said, their attitude and their treatment, the hardest point was "personal / privacy area" it was hard to forgive...
what I have to know previously was how to revenge, they must and have to feel like what I used to be.
I was blind in that situation, whatever pain what I've took to hurt them back, that emotion trap me on horrible atmosphere I was high temper easily, melodramatic and the weirdest was I could change my emotion so fast even it took 5 seconds to got back to normal. the thing which made me so bad was they pretend didn't need me at all, but unfortunately they need me so much, I know that even they was lie to themselves.
So it ends now, I don't like the way I cheat myself with hurting them like they've hurt me,
I don't really care about them anymore, forget is the best way to make them realized who they are.
it just a simple forgive, "Forgiven but not Forgotten "
